Diagnosis as the basic principle of the periodontal treatment. Diagnosis of various forms of periodontal diseases – analysis of pantomogram, computed tomography, control-diagnosis models. Photodiagnosis at different stages;
Motivation of patients with periodontal diseases for primary periodontal therapy and maintenance phase of periodontal therapy. Psychological aspects;
Comprehensive periodontal treatment protocols used in “Avanto” advanced dentistry clinics. Algorithm of curettage, laser periodontal therapy and photodynamic therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, Vector-therapy;
Platelet-rich plasma in periodontal therapy. Specifics of using;
An integrated approach to a stable occlusion for periodontitis patients; dental splinting; teeth grinding;
Clinical examination of patients. Detailed analysis of clinical cases;
Demonstration of periodontal treatment with the patient;
Practicing of manual skills using phantoms and led by lecturer.
